Demos & experiments
Rough, unfinished, and illustrative pieces — the vision demo, prototypes, and a talk.
Demos & experiments
Unpolished by design. These are here to show the idea in motion and to try things out, not as finished product. For the finished, readable work, see the series.
Claim-tree annotation demo
The four-step vision, animated — take a claim, decompose it into a tree, bring in source documents, and map evidence onto the nodes. A scripted walk-through of what the tooling is aiming at.
Constraints dashboard
A read-only viewer over a full Logical Thinking Process analysis of one organisation's goals and constraints — goal tree, current reality, conflicts, future reality, prerequisites. Several analyses sit behind a project picker. Prototype quality; the data model is real, the interface is minimal.
Goal Aligner
An experiment in turning a room's scattered goals into one tree everyone can sign off on. Standalone single-page app. (Formerly at /alignment/.)
A talk that performs the method
A five-act presentation built so the audience experiences the Logical Thinking Process before hearing its name — each act opens on a question, and the reveal maps every act back to the tree that produced it.
