Willingness is not the scarce resource. Somewhere for willingness to land is.
The point is not that discussion is bad.
Groups are surprisingly bad at
accumulating reasoning — and at
converting it into coordinated action.

The destination
A group gets smarter over time,

Our hypothesis
Collective intelligence is not primarily a matter of having more intelligent people, or more conversation.
It is about the process through which reasoning accumulates, bottlenecks become visible, and action follows.
Both of these are true
What people want
Conversation stays natural and open.
Nobody wants every message turned into formal logic. People want spontaneity, ambiguity, intuition, exploration.
What accumulation needs
Reasoning becomes structured enough to build on.
If everything stays conversational, the important ideas disappear into chronology.
The move
What if people didn’t have to

What if they could contribute normally, and the system revealed the structure underneath?
Not “we built a graph interface.” We think this tension can be dissolved.

That is considerably more than a semantic matching demo.
This does not end in “thanks for your feedback”
What you have just experienced is a small example of the Logical Thinking Process.

The test is not whether the software is clever.
